Certified copies of birth, death and marriage records are available from the Town Clerk during regular business hours or by mail.

If you are eligible to obtain a certified copy of a birth, death or marriage record, please fill out the appropriate application below and present or mail application to the Town Clerk along with the required proof of identification and fees.
